CONTRACTORE TRUCK DRIVER HAULING COAL TO A LOAD DOCK AT A RIVER SITE, CLIMBED UP ON TRUCK TRAILER BETWEEN THE TRACTOR AND THE TRAILER TO GET A TARP STRAP FROM THE TOP OF THE TRAILER, THERE WAS SNOW ON THE GROUND, HE FELL AND WAS KNOCKED UNCONSCIOUS. HE ALSO HAD MINOR CUTS TO HIS HEAD.
