EE WAS REMOVING ROLLER FROM DOZER. HE ATTEMPTED TO PULL ROLLER OFF MACHINE. ONE END OF ROLLER SLIPPED AND PINNED HIS HAND. THE EE S FINGER WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN ROLLER AND ROCK ON THE GROUND. THE EE S FINGER GOT BROKE AS A RESULT. EE FINISHED JOB, THEN HE REALIZED THE FINGER WAS BROKE.
EMPLOYEE WAS DRIVING A HAUL UNIT CARRYING MATERIAL ACROSS THE CREEK. HE GOT OUT OF HIS HAUL UNIT TO TALK TO THE LEADMAN. THE LEADMAN TOLD THE EMPLOYEE HE NEEDED TO DRIVE FASTER AND HE REFUSED AS HE DID NOT FEEL IT WAS SAFE TO DO SO. HE WAS WALKING BACK TPO HIS HAUL UNIT WHEN LEADMAN THREW A WRENCH AT HIM HITTING HIM IN HIS RIGHT LEG. HE RECEIVED SEVERAL STITCHES IN HIS LEG.
EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A BACKHOE WHEN THE GROUND GAVE WAY AND THE MACHINE TURNED OVER ON ITS SIDE. THE EMPLOYEE WAS THROWN UPWARD AND HIT HIS TAILBONE ON THE RAIL OF THE MACHINE. HE HAD A FRAC TURED TAILBONE.

EMPLOYEE WAS PUTTING PADS ONA R-25 EUCLID'S REAR WHEELS. HE WAS USING A BAR TO SPREAD THE PAD'S SPRING TENSION WITH. THE BAR SLIPPED OUT OF THE SPRING TENSION PADS AND A BOLT CAUGHT HIS RIGH T INDEX FINGER CUTTING FINGER. THE CUT REQUIRED SEVERAL STITCHES.
