Employee was helping install blow bars in crusher. Another employee went to rotate the rotor and employee was not completely clear. Rotor struck left leg breaking small bone in lower leg.

Employee was using a utility knife to enlarge a hole in a piece of conveyor belting to be used for skirting rubber on the portable plant when the knife slipped and came in contact with boot and cutting foot.
