HE WAS ATTEMPTING TO LIFT OR PUSH SOME HEAVY LOADING BLOCKS BY HAND TO HELP A SAND PLANT MOVE EQUIPMENT TO A NEW LOCATION AND EVIDENTLY INJURED HIS BACK. AT FIRST, THE DOCTOR SAID IT WAS AN AGGRAVATION OF A 1983 NON-JOB RELATED INJURY TO HIS BACK WHICH REQUIRED SURGERY. WE JUST RECEIVED INTO FROM THE DOCTOR THAT
