I NAME WAS SHOVELING ROCK OUT FROM UNDER THE CONVEYOR BELT ON THE PRIMARY CRUSHER FEEDER WHILE THE BELT HAD BECOME PLUGGED. WHEN ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE HIMSELF FROM UNDER THE FRAMEWORK, HE RAISE D UP AND STRUCK HIS BACK ON THE FRAME OF THE CRUSHER SUFFERING A BRUISE TO THE RIGHT HIS AND LOWER BACK AREA.
