USING A GEAR PULLER EMPLOYEE WAS MOVING A TAILPIECE OVER ON THE SHAFT. THE EAR BROKE OFF OF THE PULLER ALLOWING IT TO SPRING OFF OF THE SHAFT. STRICKING EMPLOYEE ON HAND.
