Lifting shieve into place on PTO, it shifted, pinching his thumbs between shieve and guard.
Stablilizer screening plant feed screw was stuck and not turning. He reached in to pull out obstruction and screw started turning pinching his thumb between screw and cylinder. He assumed that the breaker had tripped due to the obstruction, causing the operating system to be energized and that is why he didn't lock out system.
