Jordan Land Development Inc · Struck against stationary object

Employee states he slipped on a loose rock while he was observing the drilling operation on mine site. The rock the employee stepped on twisted and caused employee to twist right knee and fall. The knee cap and area above knee is swollen and unable to bend knee. Employee reported Incident on 10/4/2011 before shift ended and called in to work on 10/5/2011.
