THE EE WAS SERVICING HYD SYSTEM ON D9H DOZER. HE HAD FINISHED PUTTING THE OIL IN THE TANK AND WAS STARTING TO PUT HOSE BAD. AT THAT TIME HE GOT HIS FEET TANGLED UP IN THE HOSE, HE FELL FROM TH E DOZER TRACK TO THE GROUND AND ON HIS REAR. UPON HITTING THE GROUND HIS HEAD CAME FORWARD AND HIT THE PUSH ARM ON THE DOZER.

REMOVING FUEL HOUSING FROM DRILL. HE WAS HELPING LIFT HOUSING FROM WALKWAY ON DRILL. HE SAID HTE HOUSING WEIGHT MORE THAN HE THOUGHT IT WOULD. HE LIFTED AND TURNED AT THE SAME TIME. AT THA T TIME HE FELT PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK.
