Ennstone Inc · Fall to the walkway or working surface

Employee helping pull a new conveyor belt on to a mobile crushing/screening unit. He was pulling the new belt with a rope on ground level, when he stumbled and fell over loose ground. His right ankle was injured.

Ennstone Inc · Struck by... (Not Elsewhere Classified)

Whilst carrying out greasing on 980G Loader the right rear wheel fender would not latch. The operator was resting his left hand on the battery box and pushing fender with his right hand. When the latch engaged the operator's middle finger on right hand was jammed and sliced the end of the finger tip.
