After adjusting of parking brakes, while climbing up stairs on a Caterpillar 980H wheel loader, operator jammed left hand into the handrail.

While filling the fuel truck with fuel, the employee twisted his ankle on an eye bolt located in the walkway provided. The diagnosis was a sprained ankle.

Employee was drilling with an 18 volt cordless drill. The drill bit caught and the drill twisted out of his hand and dislocated his little finger, right hand.

A S THEY LOWERED THE FACE PLATE, THE CABLE CAME IN CONTACT WITH THE BOX IRON AND BROKE IT LOOSE, CAUSING IT TO STRIKE THE VICTIM IN THE NECK AND SHOULDER AREA.
