INJURED HAD DOUBLED BACK TO RUN A ENDLOADER HE IS AN EXPERIENCED END LOADER OPERATOR HE WAS OPERATING THE END LOADER WITH THE SIDE DOOR OPEN AND HAD HIS HAND ON THE FRAME OF THE DOOR THE WIND WAS BLOWING AT THIS TIME AND CAUGHT THE DOOR CLOSING IT ON HIS THUMB PART OF THE FIRST JOINT OF HIS LEFT THUMB WAS MASHED BAD AND HAD TO BE TAKEN OFF
