ON 8-16-03 HE WAS REMOVING BEARINGS ON THE CRUSHER AND PRESSING OUT A RETAINING RING WITH THE HYDRAULIC JACK. THE JACK KICKED OUT HITTING HIM IN THE LOWER LEG. HE WENT TO THE E.R. ON SUNDAY, 8 -17-03 AND REPORTED THE ACCIDENT ON 8-18-03.
HE WAS OBSERVING THE OPERATION, CHECKING TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS RUNNING OK, WHEN A ROCK FELL OFF THE SCREEN DECK AND HIT HIS HAND. HE FELT IT WAS OK BUT THE FOLLOWING DAY 9-29-98, IT WAS SWOLLEN SO HE WAS CHECKED AT THE COMMUNITY MEDICAL CARE, CHINCHILLA, PA
