ON 8-16-03 HE WAS REMOVING BEARINGS ON THE CRUSHER AND PRESSING OUT A RETAINING RING WITH THE HYDRAULIC JACK. THE JACK KICKED OUT HITTING HIM IN THE LOWER LEG. HE WENT TO THE E.R. ON SUNDAY, 8 -17-03 AND REPORTED THE ACCIDENT ON 8-18-03.
