A D-9 CAT DOZER WAS CLEANING FOR A SEDIMENT PONDA LINE OF THE BLADE LIFT CYL. BLOWED. THE HYDRAULIC OIL SPREADER ON ENGINE MANIFOLD AND CAUGHT FIRE. THE FIRE CAME BACK UNDER THE OPEN ROPS CAB AND BURNED THE OPERATOR ON THE RIGHT SHOULDER TOELBOW.
