EMPLOYEE WAS WA5KING DOWN INCLINED WALKWAY TO PUMP WHEN HIS RIGHT KNEE APPARENTLY "GAVE OUT". THE EMPLOYEE DOES NOT REMEMBER SLIPPING.
EMPLOYEE WAS HE5PING CLEAN THE SHOP AREA WHEN HE PICKED UP AND MOVED THE DRAGLINE BRAKE BAND AND CAUGHT HIS FINGER BETWEEN IT AND A CHAIR
INJURED WAS HELPING WELDER PUT BUCKET LIP BACK ON FRONT END LOADER BUCKET WHEN HE FELT HIS BACK POP. DID NOT EXPERIENCE ANY PAIN UNTIL 3 DAYS LATER. HE REPORTED ACCIDENT TO HIS FOREMAN 5-21-8 J. SAID HE WAS EXPERIENCING PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK.
