Cantera Las Lomas Inc · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

The injured person was inside the machine that was stopped. When he got out of the machine, he put his hand on the door frame; the lock slipped. The door closed and caught the left hand in the wrist area.

THE EMPLOYEE ALLEGES THAT WHILE HE WAS WAITING WITH ANOTHER WORK FELLOW TO MOVE A WATER PUMP OF 2", HE CAME DOWN TO TAKE THE EQUIPMENT FELT A SEVERE WAIST PAIN, THAT HARDLY CAN STRAIGHTEN. HE LEFT THE WORK A HALF HOUR LATER. HE USES A BAND GENERALLY. HE REPORTED TO THE "FONDO SEGURO DEL ESTADO".
