Lawndale Sand LLC · Struck against a moving object

Contract Painter was injured while being lifted by a man lift. The man lift leveling system malfunctioned causing the lift to turn over. When the man lift turned over the painter's leg was hit by the man basket mid level hand rail breaking his leg.
