AN THE TRUCKING EMPLOYEE WHICH IS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR FOR GRAFTON COAL COMPANY WAS TRAVELING DOWN A HAUL ROAD WHEN THE FORD TRAILER TRUCK CAME OUT OF GEAR THE DRIVER ATTEMPTED TO THE TRU CK INTO GEAR AS IT WAS MOVING HE WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL IN GETTING THE TRUCK INTO GEAR AND IT BEGAN TRAVELING AT AN UNCONTROLLED SPEED. THE TRUCK TRAVELLED APPROX. 1000 FT AND OVERTURNED.
