HE WA SWORKING ON A PIECE OF METAL CONDUIT IN THE PREP PLANT AND AS HE GOT UP, HE WALKED INTO A PIECE OF THE CONDUIT THAT WAS HANGING ABOVE HIS HEAD. THE METAL CONDUIT STRUCK HIM IN THE EYE AN D FOREHEAD.
