EE WAS PULLING BACKEN GUIDE PIN OUT OF PUSH BEAM AND HIS RIGHT HAND WAS PINCHED BETWEEN THE GUIDE AND BEAM. EE RETURNED TO WORK 12-1-99 DOING RESTRICTED WORK HAND WAS SWOLLEN BUT NO BROKEN BON ES. WHEN SWELLING RECEIVED NORMAL FUNCTION DID NOT IMPROVE. DR ADVISED PHYSICAL THERAPY, AND ON 12-6-99 BOTH PARTIES DETERMINED RESTRICTED WORK COULD NOT BE PERFORMED.
