MAN WAS GETTING OUT OF TRUCK BED AFTE PUTTING AWAY A TOLL. HE STEPPED ON A 2" BALL HITCH WHILE DESCENDING CAUSING HIM TO TWIST HIS ANKLE RESULTING IN A FALL OF 20" RESULTING BACKSTRAIN AND BRU ISES.
