Getting down off of ladder, bottom step had a missing bolt, hurt his back, when he stepped on ground 992-c cat loader-bottom step broke.

EE was using a sledge hammer to break up concrete and felt a sharp pain in his side. Continued to work for 2 more days, but would fill pain when he turned a certain way. Sought medical treatment 5-19-05 and was diagnosed with a strian.
