EMPLOYEE WAS REPAIRING CONVEYOR SYSTEM ON PORTABLE CRUSHING UNIT. AFTER REPAIRS WERE MADE WORKERS WERE DISCONNECTING CRANE FROM CONVEYOR WHILE INJURED EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING ON CONVEYOR. THE BO LTS HOLDING CONVEYOR IN PLACE BROKE CAUSING THE CONVEYOR AND THE INJURED EMPLOYEE TO FALL TO THE CONCRETE SLAB BELOW. FALL WAS ABOUT 10 FT.
