BUMPER BLOCK WAS CLEAR BUT DRIVER B ACKED UP TO A COAL BERM INSTEAD, BACKED TOO FAR AND RIGHT REAR OF TRUCK WENT OVER AND TRUCK HU NG THERE. DRIVER JUMPED OUT ON TOP OF DUMP, THEN TRUCK WENT ON OVER DUMP AND ROLLED ABOUT 80\ TO BOTTOM OF DUMP. DRIVER NOT HURT, TRUCK TOTALED
