THE OPERATOR WAS BACK DRAGGING MAIN ROAD. IT APPEARS THE BACK TIRES ON LOADER GOT TOO CLOSE TO THE BERM AND BEGAN TO GO DOWN THE CLIFF. THE OPERATOR WAS WEARING HIS SEAT BELT AND WHEN THE LOAD ER LANDED IT FELL OVER TO THE RIGHT SIDE. THE OPERATOR CLIMBED OUT AND WALKED TO THE OFFIC.E

INJURED STUCK HIS HAND BETWEEN THE GUARD AND BELT INTO THE TAIL PULLEY ON THE HOPPER IN WHICH GRAVEL IS FED INTO. HE THEN WAS PULLED UP INTO THE TAIL PULLEY. INJURED HAD BEEN TOLD NEVER TO P UT HIS IN OR AROUND THE PULLEY.
