A ROOF FALL OCCURRED ON THE 1ST LEFT SECTION, #3 ENTRY AT THE FACE AND EXTENDING 30 FEET OUTBY. A LARGE CLAY VEIN ON THE LEFT RIB CONTRIBUTED TO THE FALL. SOME GLOVING EFFECT WAS DISCOVERED ON 4 ROOF BOLTS. THE USE OF LARGER BOLTS MAY ELIMINATE THIS OCCURANCE.
