EE WAS CLEANING DIRT OUT FROM UNDER CONVEYOR WHEN THE OPERATOR BLEW THE HORN, SIGNALING SOMETHING WAS WRONG. EE LUNGED AND DUCKED UNDER THE CONVEYOR-HIS HARD HAT STRUCK THE SUPPORT BEAM AND JO LTED HIS NECK.
