HE WAS IN THE P9OCESS OF MOUNTING A 65X40X39 BEADLESS TRACK TIRE, CHAIN SLIPPED AND TIRE MOVED PINNING HIM BETWEEN SERVICE TRUCK AND TIRE. WAS ON SERVICE CALL AT SAND RIDGE COAL CO. ONE BROKEN SHOULDER AND O3E DISLOCATED SHOULDER, ALSO 10 STITCHES TO HEAD. OPERATED ON FOR SHOULDERS AT '.C. FRICK HOSPITAL, MT. PLEASANT,PA ON 2-10-88. HE IS STILL IN HOSPITAL AT THIS TIME.
