EE was looking at equipment while walking on ramp and twisted his ankle.

Operating a skid loader when he turned around and saw the screening plant had stopped. He ran over to shut off the feed belt switch. It was after that he noticed his left knee was hurting to the extent he could hardly walk.

EE WAS WALKING ON THE GROUND WATCHING THE CRUSHING PLANT WHEN HE STEPPED IN A MUD HOLE & ON A ROCK, RESULTING WITH A BROKEN BONE TOHIS LITTLE TOE ON THE LEFT FOOT.

HE HAD BEEN WORKING ON HIS KNEES ON A DIFFERENTIAL AND TWISTED HIS LEFT KNEE. IT SWELLED UP THAT EVENING, BUT WENT BACK DOWN AFTER A FEW DAYS. IT STARTED BOTHERING SOME AFTER THE HOLIDAYS. HE HAS NOT LOST ANY WORK DAYS.
CLEANING A BUILDUP OF LIME FROM THE BACK OF A SURGE BIN, SLIPPED & FELL. BACK DIDN'T BOTHER HIM RIGHT AWAY BUT HAS BOTHERED SOME OFF & ON. WENT TO THE DR. & FOUND HE HAS A STRAINED MUSCLE. NEE DS LIGHT DUTY TO HEAL.

WAS CUTTING AND WELDING ON A LOADER BUCKET WITH GOGGLES ON. NEXT DAY EYE BOTHERED HIM AND HE THOUGHT HE HAD WELD BURN SO HE DIDN'T GO TO THE DR. UNTIL A WEEK LATER WHEN EYE KEPT WATERING. DR. SAID HAD CUT ON CORNEA, GAVE SALVE, WATCHED ONE DAY. ANOTHER WEEK LATER, HIS EYE IS SWOLLEN AND VISION BLURRED IN THAT EYE, IS GOING TO SPECIALIST.
