HE WAS LOADING COAL IN THE FACE AREA. A PIECE OF ROCK FELL FROM THE FACE, STRUCK THE RAM JACK OF THE SCOOP HE WAS OPERATING AND THEN BOUNCED IN THE DECK OF THE SCOOP AND MASHED HIS HAND.
