Employee was gathering parts for repairs when flying insect stung him and employee had reaction to the sting. Employee almost passed out. 911 was called.

A miner was removing excess material from a conveyor belt and suffered a heat illness (heat exhaustion). Other miners were present and were unsure of the affected miners sickness, so EMS was called as a precaution. The affected miner was hospitalized for apprx 3 hours and was administered fluids and IV.
