Employee was working at cone return belt, removing sticks. The tighten loop on work glove got caught on lacings on the belt and jerked hand across the troughing idler. The jerking motion caused a strain of wrist and hand.

Was a domestic violence issue between husband & wife after hours. He was working on his personal car. She came to Johnson Paving and EE went into parking lot and approached her car. She began to shoot at him hitting his right hand. She is in county jail under $100,000 bond for assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
