Cause of accident is unknown at this time. Employee was working on a winch on a dredge boat and was found drowned behind the boat some time afterwards.

Martin Marietta Materials, Inc. · Struck against a moving object

Employee driving loader on levee not fully formed. The levee collapsed turning loader over on side. EMS was called but employee refused treatment stating he was fine. He worked the remainder of that week and took vacation the following week. On 10/24 he missed work saying that he was indeed injured. At this point the incident became a lost time accident and then became reportable.
