THE INJURED HAD TAKEN HIS BULK EXPLOSIVES TRUCK OFF THE SHOT SITE AND WAS SECURING IT WHEN LIGHTENING FROM A FAST MOVING ELECTRIC AL STORM STRUCK CLOSEBY PREMATURILY DETONATING THE SHOT AND GIVING HIM AN ELECTRICAL SHOCK. HE WAS STANDING ON THE GROUND TOUCHING HIS TRUCK.
