HE WAS CLEANING THE GUARD ON THE RETURN IDLER ONSPOMAC CONVEYOR, WHEN HIS SHOVEL CAME IN CONTACTWITH CONVEYOR. THE SHOVEL KICKED BACK, PINNING HIS THUMB BETWEEN SHOVEL & GUARD AND RIPPING RT. THUMBNAIL.

EMP WAS DRIVING A GROUND ROD FOR THE CRUSHER WITH A POST DRIVER. RAISED THE DRIVER TOO HIGH WITHDRIVER TWISTING. SMASHED HAND BETWEEN THE GROUNDROD AND POST DRIVER.
