Injured worker was sitting in driver's seat of haul truck wearing safety glasses and a hard hat while the truck was being loaded by an excavator. A chunk of clay fell off the excavator bucket and struck the driver's side window of the haul truck. The window broke, and a piece of glass fell and cut the driver's right hand ring finger, requiring sutures.
