E-M Sand & Gravel LLC · Fall from machine

Employee had been loading dirt from stockpile that is hauled in from offsite. Employee got out of machine to check cleanliness of bucket. Employee was climbing steps to enter cab of wheel loader when hand slipped from hand railing. Employee fell backward landing on ground. Employee sustained broken ribs from fall.
