Screen slipped during installation and cut employee

Worker using cutting torches to build a guard had a flashback, burning his glove and hand. Hand had blisters, and medications were prescribed.

The Dolomite Group · Fall to the walkway or working surface

Worker slipped and fell walking in the plant following an ice storm, landing on his shoulder and elbow. Work continued, but subsequent discomfort and pain led to an MRI that revealed damage requiring surgery. Orthroscopic surgery was performed on June 16, 2008.
