ACCIDENT OCCURRED ON 9-4-89. HE WENT TO THE DOCTOR IMMEDIATLY AFTER THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED BUT NO HERNIA WAS DISCOVERED. HE CONTIUED TO EXPERIENCE PAIN, SO HE WENT BACK TO THE DOCOTR ON 10-23 5-89. THE DOCTOR DID, AT THE TIME, DISCOVER A HERNIA. HERNIA WAS REPAIRED.
