TRUCK VAN PULLED THROUGH ISLE AND HIT ELEVATOR LEG, WORKER WAS ASKED TO TIC OFF ELEVATOR/AUGER TO START DISASSEMBLY. AS HE ASCENDED ONTO CAT WALK, THE CAT WALK GAVE WAY. HE FELL TO GROUND WITH CAT WALK. CAT WALK WAS DAMAGED BY TRUCK BUT NO ONE HAD NOTICED IT BEFORE IT FELL
