Stepped on nail while putting scrap in bin.
Employee was backing truck on stock pile to dump, positioned truck at an angle, upon lifting bed the truck tipped and landed on driver side.
Employee was trying to pry a rock loose from tail pulley. Pry bar slipped or dislodged and struck employee in left side of face and head. Hard hat and safety glasses being worn.
