INSTALLING CUTTING EDGES ON D-8 BLADE. EMPLOYEE WAS USING AIR WRENCH AND HELD BOLT IN HAND. BOLT SPUN IN HAND CAUSING LACERATION TO RIGHT HAND REQUIRING 5 STITCHES.
