Hard Luck Mining Inc · Struck by falling object

EE STEPPED OFF OF HIS SHUTTLE CAR TO URINATE. WHILE URINATING A PIECE OF ROCK (34" LONG X 21" WIDE X 1 1/4" THICK), FELL FROM THE ROOF STRIKING HIM IN THE BACK. HE THEN PICKED UP THE ROCK AND THREW IT OUT OF THE ROADWAY AND NOTIFIED THE SECTION FOREMAN. IMPAIRMENT UNKNOWN. ( THIS MAKES THE 4TH TIME ROCK HAS FALLEN ON THIS EE ON HIS BACK.
