WHILE IN AN ATEMPT TO HAND A 4/0 POWER CABLE, THE CABLE WAS TOO TIGHT. THEREFORE I.NAME HAD TO EXERT MORE POWER TO HANG THE CABLE TO A NEARBY BOLT PLATE. THE CABLE WAS TIGHT, THEREFORE IN AN A TTEMPT TO RELEASE THE PRESSURE HE BACKED UP PUTTING HIS FEET IN A MANNER TO WHICH HE STRAINED HIS BACK.
