EMPLOYEE WAS GETTING TAKE UP IN ROOMS LEFT, HE WAS PULLING CHAIN WHEN 3' X 2' X3" PIECE OF DRAW ROCK FELL HITTING HIM IN THE SHOULDER, PUSHING HIM DOWN, TWISTING AND JAMMING HIS LOWER BACK.
