NO EMPLOYEES WERE IN THE MINE AT THE TIME OF THE UNINTENTIONAL ROOF FALL. A ROCK FALL OF APPROX. 20' WIDE, 76' LONG AND 10' THICK OCCURRED 2 BREAKS INBY SPAD #65 IN THE CROSSCUT FROM #3 ENTRY TO #5 ENTRY. ONE BRIDGE WAS DAMAGED.
