HE WAS DUMPING TRUCKS AND SAMPLING COAL FROM THE BELT AND HAD A BAG OF COAL AND STUMBLED THE BAG OF COAL PULLED HIM TO ONE SIDE AND THIS CAUSED THE INJURY TO HIS BACK.
