THE LABORER INVOLVED WAS HELPING TO REMOVE A BOULDER FROM THE JAW,WHILE THE BOULDER WAS BEING LIFTED OUT BY A 966 FRONT-END LOADER AND CHAIN THE BOULDER SLIPPED CAUSING THE SUPPORT CHAIN TO SH IFT SMASHING THE LABORERS RIGHT RING FINGER AGAINST A GUARD TO THE JAW FLY WHEEL.

EMPLOYEE WAS TRYING TO UNPLUG ROCK STRUCK IN HOPPER BIN WITH STEEL POLE. WHILE ROCK WAS LOOSENED THIS COLLASPED REMAINDER OF MATERIAL OF ROCK WITH SUCH FORCE THAT THE POLE WAS BROKE. THE BRO KE PIECE THEN STRUCK SAID EMPLOYEE ON THE SIDE OF THE FACE.
