HE WAS CUTTING 5 27"DIA.DISK OUT OF 1 1/2 STEEL PLATE WITH A AUTOMATIC TORCH.WHEN TORCH COMPLETED THE BURN,THE DISK DID NOT HANG IN PLATE,IT FELL ABOUT 2"STRIKING HIM ON TOP OF HIS RIGHT FOOT HE RECEIVED A B9UISE TO HIS FOOT.IN JULY HE FORMED A BLOOD CLOT IN HIS LEG.
