EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A DOZER, PUSHING UP FOR THE CRUSHER. SHE SAID THAT SHE HAD HER HEAD TURNED TO BACK UP WHEN THE DOZER HIT A BUMP, LURCHED AND STRAINED HER NECK.
